An evening of innovation and artistry combining dance with two pianos will light up the stage when Dimensions Dance Theatre and Dranoff 2 Piano Fusion come together for a compelling program of bold creations featuring piano duo Stephanie & Saar. Enjoy company premiers by acclaimed choreographer Dayoung Jung and Dimensions Artist in Residence Yanis Eric Pikieris to music from Beethoven’s Pastoral Symphony and Fantasia de Tres Mundos, a Dranoff commission composed by Martin Bejerano. Dancers Selah Jane Oliver and Rafael Ruiz-del-Vizo will also enchant audiences with their performance to works by composers Ernesto Lecuona and Alfonso Peduto in a fusion of virtuosic movement with the power of live music presented by The Moss Center.

Genova & Dimitrov, one of the world’s most sought-after piano duos, celebrated their 30th anniversary by performing the iconic works of the great French master Claude Debussy, one of the great pioneers of modernism who was often described as a musical equivalent to Monet or Renoir. Audiences experienced the sensuous textures and evocative imagery of Debussy’s celebrated two-piano pieces, alongside captivating works by Ravel, Borodin, and Reinecke.

A celebration of Latin America featuring Venezuelan pianists Vanessa Perez and Kristhyan Benítez. Patrons reveled in innovative 2 piano arrangements of timeless music by legendary Latin songwriters for a nostalgic concert with songs like “Gracias a la vida” by Violeta Parra, “Moliendo café” by Hugo Blanco, “Besame Mama,” by Poncho Sanchez, “A fuego lento” by Horacio Salganand and the famous “Danzon no. 2” by Arturo Márquez, among many others.
