A musical journey through the African diaspora curated by violinist/vocalist Nicole Yarling. Experience the influence of West Africa on cultures throughout the world through song and dance featuring Yarling, pianists Martin Bejerano and Jim Gasior alongside many of South Florida's finest musicians and performers. Enjoy music from the Great American Songbook, folk traditions, gospel, jazz, and original compositions that shows us how the joy of music and dance creates humanity's bond. Additional artists in the ensemble include Marty Quinn on bass, John Yarling on drums, Nanyamka Graham on percussion, Jean Caze on trumpet, and Mark Small on saxophone plus dancers Evie Burns and Terrance Pride.

With a passion for the rich diversity of Brazilian music, Thito Camargo and Phil DeGreg will present a captivating selection of traditional genres, including Samba, Choro, Bossa Nova, Baião, and Maracatu. The program will feature works by some of Brazil's greatest composers, such as Antonio Carlos Jobim, Pixinguinha, João Gilberto, Hermeto Pascoal, Egberto Gismonti, Milton Nascimento, as well as original compositions by both pianists.
